Accessibility statement
ShearGuys wants shop owners to be able to read this site and book a visit whether they use a phone, a keyboard, or a screen reader.
Updated September 23, 2026. Written in plain language for a one-person shop. This is not legal advice, and an attorney has not reviewed it.
What we aim for
The goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where it is practical for a small marketing site: text you can read, buttons and links with names, keyboard access, and contrast between the cream type and the forest green background. This is a working aim, not a certification and not a formal audit.
Known limits
Gallery photos use short captions (for example, “pair of shears on workbench”). Those captions name the picture. They are not a blow-by-blow description of every mark on the steel. The photos themselves can contain fine detail that is hard to see.
The visit form is labeled, but a delivery tool may not be connected yet. If the form only confirms on the screen, calling or texting is the reliable path. If a control does not work with your assistive technology, that is a barrier we want to hear about.
